Effective with the June 30, 2011 Form 10-Q's, Smaller Reporting Companies will be required to submit reports in XBRL Format. This will create a need for additional time in completing the filing process. Management should plan on completing the Review process and financial statement drafting process up to a week in advance. This will allow sufficient time to comply with XBRL requirements. Companies that fail to comply will be considered non-current with their filings.

Companies that failed to meet the XBRL requirement in time for their filing deadline have an additional 30 days from their due date or filing date, whichever is sooner, to submit the XBRL format. Companies should file their reports by the respective deadlines in Edgar format and then file the XBRL format as an amendment.
